Applicant declaration

I understand that as being accredited by ACDL I am bound to the council’s Code of Practice. I have read and fully understand the Code of Practice and agree to be bound by it for the duration of the Accreditation period.

I agree that by using the ACDL logo to endorse my course, I am subject to ACDL quality standards, that I will continue to follow the guidelines set out by ACDL and that I shall not modify or distort my agreement with ACDL. Further I shall not modify or distort ACDL’s logo, stamp or online seal of approval in any way.

I understand that should my organisation fail to renew accreditation for this course after 24 months, or should ACDL find that this course no longer adheres to ACDL quality standards then ACDL will immediately revoke its seal of approval, necessitating the removal of all ACDL logos, stamps and seals from the course and all affiliated websites.
